Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible traffic reports generation and maintaining of KPI as per client benchmark .
  • Configuration changes in system on all platform of BMG ( Bulk SMS gateway) such as SMPP,API & GUI, accounts creation and managed customer engagements to completion on time as per their requirement.
  • Troubleshooting & Traces and Preventive Maintenance of traffic Routing. Deployment & up gradations of new requirement of system
  • Technicalsupport to customers for smooth operation services.
  • Analysing and resolving customer complaints within SLA

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of SMPP protocol, API and GUI on bulk SMS gateway A2P and P2P SMS flow in telecom, experience on Linux platform.
  • Any Graduate
