Role and Responsibilities
- Application Development: Creating custom telephony applications and features using Asterisk’s APIs, scripting languages, and modules.
- System Integration: Integrating Asterisk with other systems, databases, and third-party services to create comprehensive communication solutions.
- Call Routing and Logic: Developing call routing logic, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, voicemail solutions, call forwarding, and other call handling functionalities.
- Protocol Implementation: Implementing and managing VoIP protocols such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol).
- Testing and Debugging: Ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Asterisk applications through rigorous testing and effective debugging.
Required Skills
- We require a person who has experience in VOIP development using asterisk / vicidial / vital PBX.
- Asterisk dialplan, Asterisk Gateway Interface, Asterisk Manager Interface, Call Centre software development(cloud system).
