Smartping is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Manager to create impactful content that drives engagement, builds thought leadership, and supports business growth across our product domains. You will play a key role in translating Smartping’s vision and product capabilities into compelling stories, assets, and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
Role and Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Craft engaging, market-relevant content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, user manuals, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, and campaign assets.
Product & Solution Storytelling: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand our CPaaS, CCaaS, and OTT channel offerings, and translate them into simple, impactful, and customercentric narratives.
Sales & GTM Support: Develop collaterals such as product decks, brochures, and one-pagers that simplify product messaging for sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives.
Thought Leadership: Conduct market research and write long-form content that positions Smartping as an industry leader in CPaaS, CCaaS, OTT, Conversational AI, and enterprise messaging.
Customer Success Narratives: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories that highlight business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and growth teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and market positioning.
Content Innovation: Experiment with new formats such as videos, scripts, infographics and interactive content to maximize engagement across channels.
Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in B2B technical content writing/marketing, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise technology domains.
Proven ability to create compelling content across formats – pitch decks, website copy, and campaign assets
Strong storytelling, research, and writing skills to bring out customer and product value propositions.
Understanding of the CPaaS market, WhatsApp Business Messaging, and Conversational AI trends(preferred)
Ability to work closely with senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality output.
Strong command of English with an eye for detail, grammar, and brand tonality.
