We are searching for O&M Engineer: Voice Operations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for voice communication systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor the performance of voice networks and infrastructure (Hosted data centre support), proactively identifying potential problems and implementing necessary solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain voice services, such as call routing, call recording, voicemail, and teleconferencing systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing step-by-step guidance.
Identify and diagnose OBD system errors and malfunctions, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic & International tools to pinpoint and resolve issues.
Assist customers with the setup, activation, and configuration of OBD devices and associated software applications.
Skills Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, preferably Voice communication system.
Good understanding of OBD systems.
Experience with Client calls.
B.Tech (CSE)/BCA/MCA/M.SC (IT)/M/.Sc (CS).
