O&M Engineer Voice Operation

We are searching for O&M Engineer: Voice Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for voice communication systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor the performance of voice networks and infrastructure (Hosted data centre support), proactively identifying potential problems and implementing necessary solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain voice services, such as call routing, call recording, voicemail, and teleconferencing systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing step-by-step guidance.
• Identify and diagnose OBD system errors and malfunctions, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic & International tools to pinpoint and resolve issues.
• Assist customers with the setup, activation, and configuration of OBD devices and associated software applications.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, preferably Voice communication system.
• Good understanding of OBD systems.
• Experience with Client calls.
• B.Tech (CSE)/BCA/MCA/M.SC (IT)/M/.Sc (CS).
