Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible traffic reports generation and maintaining of KPI as per client benchmark .
Configuration changes in system on all platform of BMG ( Bulk SMS gateway) such as SMPP,API & GUI, accounts creation and managed customer engagements to completion on time as per their requirement.
Troubleshooting & Traces and Preventive Maintenance of traffic Routing. Deployment & up gradations of new requirement of system
Technicalsupport to customers for smooth operation services.
Analysing and resolving customer complaints within SLA

Required Skills

Knowledge of SMPP protocol, API and GUI on bulk SMS gateway A2P and P2P SMS flow in telecom, experience on Linux platform.
Any Graduate
