Terms and Conditions for Online Payment for availing the Service(s)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online payment facility provided by Smartping AI Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing the payment platform and clicking the checkbox to proceed, the User (“Customer”,“You”, or “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- 1. Acceptance of Terms: By initiating a payment through Our online platform, You agree to abide by these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms at the time of initiating the payment.
- 2. Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. While We ensure the use of reputable and secure providers, We shall not be held liable for any issues, failures, or breaches that may occur at the gateway’s end.
- 3. Accepted Payment Methods:
You may make payments using:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
- Digital Wallets
Any other mode as listed on our payment portal
- 4. Transaction Charges: Transaction or convenience fees, where applicable, will be displayed at the time of payment. These charges are non-refundable and to be borne by the payer unless stated otherwise. We will be crediting your service account with the amount received by us i.e. settlement amount after deduction of transaction charges.
- 5. Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, a digital receipt will be generated and sent to your registered email or mobile number by the payment gateway. Retain this confirmation for future reference.
- 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered for:
- Duplicate payments
- Excess payment
- Failed transactions where the amount was deducted but service was not rendered will be done as per the banking guidelines.
Refund requests must be submitted to customer care within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction.
Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original source of payment within the timeframe specified by the payment gateway/bank and not to any alternate method or account.
- 7. Service Activation: Service(s) will only be activated or renewed upon successful receipt and confirmation of payment. Payments that are pending, failed, or reversed will not result in service continuation or renewal.
- 8. Security: We employ encryption and industry-standard security practices. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. All payments are processed securely via the chosen gateway.
- 9. Liability Disclaimer:
We shall not be responsible for:
- Payment failures due to incorrect input or connectivity issues
- Unauthorized transactions
- Delays due to technical or banking network issues
- Errors in data entry during payment processing
- 10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service(s) after any modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
- 11. Third-Party Payments and Authorization:
All payments made for you’re Service(s) account are considered to be made by You, the registered customer, regardless of whether the payment is made directly by You or by a third party (who has access to the payment portal).
The Company will treat any such payment as valid, authorized, and binding, and disclaims liability for any issues or disputes between You and the third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from unauthorized use of third-party payment instruments.
- 12. Dispute Resolution: All disputes relating to payments shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
